Joan Riggs – Volleyball coach at Swansboro High School whose program produced five
state championships – 1986, 1990, 1993, 1994 and 1995 in seven championship game
appearances. (Overall record of 365-63)

Thomas McGhee – Taught and coached at Lejeune High School from 1956–1988.
Coached three sports and served as Athletic Director during his tenure. Coach McGhee
coached baseball for 31 years, football for 26 years and basketball for 4 years. The
Lejeune High School Baseball field is named after the Inductee.
